Refunds and Exchanges

Please ensure you choose the correct size and color before placing your order.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is produced or shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products that have not been customized as they would not be eligible for resale. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 5 days after the receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a generic design, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

All promotional, sale or discontinued items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of God Is Enough Apparel.

Refunds or Exchange (if applicable)

If you receive a defected or incorrect product, please send a message via godisenoughapparel@gmail.com explaining the issue in detail (including pictures, order number, email) and you will receive a response within 24-48 business hours to rectify the issue.

If your refund or exchange request is accepted:

  1. (Refund) We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt of the product.  If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  1. (Exchange) We will ship the new item after the defected or incorrect item is received. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at godisenoughapparel@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), or products available for immediate download (such as e-books or other digital content). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event you may need to update/correct your mailing address and if your order has not been processed, we will do our best to correct it for you and send you confirmation of the updated changes.

If your package shows delivered and it’s not at the designated location you requested, please contact your local postal service for specific instructions on where to pick up or find your package(s).  Unfortunately, if your package has been lost or stolen we will not be held responsible.

Through completing your order with receiving a confirmation email of purchasing your items, you will automatically agree to the terms of service listed above.
